Wallenstam's housing queue is moving to HomeQ
Since September 17, 2026, HomeQ has administered the Wallenstam housing queue. This means you'll now log in via HomeQ to access your queue position.
Here's what to do
Create a HomeQ account
If you don't already have a HomeQ account, you'll need to create one by November 30, 2026 at the latest. Otherwise, you won't be able to access your queue position in Wallenstam.Already have a HomeQ account?
Check that the email address on your HomeQ account matches the one you use with Wallenstam. If they differ:
Log in to HomeQ
Go to your account settings
Change the email address so it matches Wallenstam
This is important because the email address also functions as the username for your queue. If the addresses match, we can continue managing your queue for you after the migration on December 1, 2026.
What happens to your queue points?
Until December 1, 2026: your queue points will appear with Wallenstam, as usual.
From December 1, 2026: your membership and queue points will instead appear on HomeQ.
Does this apply to you if you're under 18?
Previously, you could join the Wallenstam housing queue from age 16. With the move to HomeQ, the minimum age is being raised to 18.
If you're already in the queue and under 18, you're not affected by the age limit — you may remain in the queue until one month after your 18th birthday. Before then, however, you'll need to:
Create a HomeQ account when you turn 18, so you can continue to stay in the queue.
You'll receive a separate reminder around your 18th birthday with instructions on how to proceed.
