Queue management

1. Register for the Queue

Register for the queue through dibz.

If you are already registered, the queue will appear as Inactive.

2. Retrieve Your Assigned Password

Go to My Queues and select the relevant queue.

At the bottom of the page, you will find the password assigned to you by dibz.

Copy the password.

3. Change Your Password with the Queue Provider

Log in to the queue provider's website and change your account password to the password you copied from dibz.

If You Cannot Log In

If you have forgotten your password or cannot access your account:

  1. Go to the queue provider's login page.

  2. Click Forgot Password.

  3. Enter your personal identity number or email address.

  4. Follow the instructions in the email you receive to reset your password.

  5. Once the password has been reset, change it to the password displayed in dibz under My Queues.

4. Confirm the Password Change

After changing your password, return to dibz and click Confirm Password Change at the bottom of the same page where the password is displayed.

We will then automatically log in to verify that the password has been updated correctly.

Once the verification is complete, the queue status will change from Inactive to Active.
