What happens if a payment fails?

If a payment fails, we will automatically try again the following month, this time with a double amount (the current and previous month's charges).

Notifications for failed payments:

  • You will receive an email notification for each failed payment attempt.

  • After four failed attempts, the account will be deactivated, and we will send an SMS to inform you about the deactivation.

Please note:

  • Payments are usually processed on the 25th of each month.

  • If no payment is made before the end of the month, feel free to contact us. Your queue days will remain secure during this time.
